Odiin was founded in 2018, with a clear vision: to build a recruitment partner that truly understands the deep-tech sectors it serves. In 2019, our three founders moved into Odiin’s very first office. After securing partnerships with some of the most exciting Web3 clients around the world, we made our first four hires and quickly outgrew the office space. We moved into a larger office in Billericay, and by 2022, expanded again, and moved across the road into an even bigger HQ to support our growing team and rapidly scaling divisions. Today, Odiin operates across four core sectors: Web3, AI, Aerospace, and Tech. Our success is driven by specialist consultants who bring deep technical knowledge, global market insight, and a people-first approach to everything they do.
