Experience: <ul> <li>Some experience working in a team, project or customer-facing environment (e.g. part-time work, placement, volunteering).</li> <li>Exposure to coordinating tasks, organising activities or supporting others to get things done.</li> </ul> Behaviours: <ul> <li>Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when unsure.</li> <li>Shows initiative in picking up tasks and suggesting improvements.</li> <li>Able to manage time and prioritise tasks with support.</li> </ul> Skills: <ul> <li>Ability to manage personal security requirements (e.g. BPSS, SC processes), ensuring accuracy and audit readiness; tracking access rights and able to interpret security risks and escalate appropriately.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and produce clear, actionable insights</li> <li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Confident user of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Jira, Trello) and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).</li> <li>Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.</li> </ul>
