Things to consider

<ul> <li>A genuine interest in engineering, product design or manufacturing</li> <li>GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade 5/C or above (or expected)</li> <li>BTEC Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent or T Level Engineering or equivalent</li> <li>Work experience or practical engineering experience is essential to start a Level 4 HNC</li> <li>A willingness to learn and develop technical skills</li> <li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability</li> <li>Basic computer skills; experience with CAD software is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided</li> </ul>
