One of the key challenges the apprentices will face is people who do not speak English well, but it is their policy to support as much as they can, including using things like google translate to support customers.<br>Post Office Ltd require a DBS background check to be conducted before appointment of the role.<br>Candidates must attend an initial interview with a member of the Bedford College Apprenticeship Recruitment Team if they meet the initial criteria as part of the recruitment process.
