The role will include attending and supporting NFRSA events, both to help with the events themselves and to capture content for the charity’s marketing and social media channels. Some events may take place at weekends, so occasional weekend working will be required. Time off in lieu will be provided for any additional hours worked.

The NFRSA supports retired service dogs and horses from the police, fire, prison, NHS, Border Force, National Crime Agency and Military police services. The charity provides financial support towards veterinary and medical costs, helping retired service animals remain with the families they love. Our mission is “Protecting Our Protectors”. After only four years, the NFRSA has more than 700 registered animals across the UK and has gifted more than £300,000 in grants towards medical care. We are a small but growing team, who are passionate about what we do.
