About the role

Become a skilled multi-trade maintenance professional, maintaining, repairing and improving buildings across diverse environments. Combining workshop training with workplace experience, you'll build the technical skills, problem-solving ability and safety awareness to keep facilities safe and operational.

About COMPASS SPON STREET MANAGEMENT LTD

We are a not-for-profit residents' management company (RMC) based in Spon End, Coventry. We manage one hundred leasehold flats on a development known as "Compass Court Estate". Our small team manage day-to-day maintenance of building, communal areas, gardens and the Estate's own heat network.
