HR Apprentice - People & Culture Payroll

We're seeking a People & Culture apprentice to learn how people operations and payroll function within a modern engineering business. You'll get practical experience across the employee lifecycle while working towards a recognised human resources qualification.

Desirable: <ul> <li>Some office, administration, or customer service experience (part-time work, work experience, or volunteering all count)</li> <li>An interest in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sector</li> <li>Awareness of Human Resources or payroll systems (for example HiBob, Sage, or Xero),training will be provided</li> </ul>
