About CARERS LINK LANCASHIRE
Carers Link Lancashire is an independent registered charity and a Company Limited by Guarantee whose aim is to support unpaid carers across the boroughs of East Lancashire. Carers Link Lancashire was founded in April 2014 from the previous organisation of Carers Link Hyndburn & Ribble Valley and the adult carers team from Carers Contact. The original Carers Link was founded in April 1997 as a community care project of the Blackburn, Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Council for Voluntary Service. Carers Contact was a project founded in 2000 by the Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale Council for Voluntary Service.
