Qualifications

Genuine interest in hairdressing and fashion, with a desire to build a long term career in the salon industry. Friendly, professional manner with good communication skills and confidence talking to clients of all ages. Good attention to detail, able to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Positive attitude, reliable timekeeping and willingness to learn, practise and accept feedback. Ability to work in a busy environment, supporting the team and staying calm under pressure. Hairdressing is a hands on, physically active career that involves working on your feet, keeping the salon immaculate and caring for clients throughout their visit. You will be expected to practise regularly, attend all training sessions and be open to feedback, as this is how you will grow quickly into a confident stylist within our brand.
