About the role

This role provides hands-on experience and structured learning in composite manufacturing processes and quality standards. You will work under supervision while developing technical competence, safe working practices and an understanding of production processes required to produce high-quality composites components for a range of sectors.

Arriving to work on time and respecting their peers who are training them are very important factors.</li> <li>Applicants must be able to drive and over 18 due to working hours and hold a full clean UK driving licence.
