About the role
You will gain experience in fitness instructing, lifeguarding, swim teaching, and group activities. Support the safe operation of the leisure centre, provide excellent customer service, supervise poolside activities, and maintain facility standards. Swim test required at interview.

Things to consider
Swimming test will be completed as part of the interview process. If invited to interview, you’ll need to complete a swim test and demonstrate the following: <ul> <li>Jump or dive into deep water</li> <li>Swim 50 metres in no more than 60 seconds</li> <li>Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water, then tread water for 30 seconds</li> </ul>
