Able to travel to work and college reliably and turn up on time, candidates within easy daily reach of our Bridgwater unit (right next to train station) are well placed for the day-release pattern. This is a physically demanding role. A typical day includes: <ul> <li>Manual work for much of the day, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling and working at height or in confined spaces</li> <li>Regularly moving and handling materials and equipment, in line with safe manual-handling practice</li> <li>Working on site in all weathers, where factories can often be cold despite best heating efforts. Standing and on the move for long periods</li> <li>Being on your feet and physically active throughout the working day</li> </ul> If you are happy taking on physical, active work of this kind, this could be a great fit.
