What you need to know: <ul> <li>This apprenticeship course is for 12-months and equally suitable for anyone already in a care setting or wishing to pursue a career in social care</li> <li>To be eligible for this apprenticeship, applicants must be free from full time education and have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years, with a full work authorisation</li> <li>Hours are flexible with a minimum of 30 per week with shifts including weekdays, weekends, morning and evenings</li> <li>Benefits include Paid Weekly, Holiday Pay, Pension Scheme, Blue Light Card, Refer a friend scheme, Enhanced Maternity/Paternity and Adoption schemes</li> <li>A full UK driving licence will be required with own transport</li> <li>Employee Assistance line available 24/7 fully confidential for staff</li> <li>In line with CQC &amp; Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice</li> <li>Whilst Prestige endeavour to keep the recruitment process as short as possible, due to the nature of these important checks there may be extension to timelines</li> <li>All our clients are equally entitled to have their needs met in a safe, fair and balanced way.
