<ul> <li>We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn and keen to build a career in finance.</li> </ul> You should have: <ul> <li>A genuine interest in finance and accounting.<br>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.<br>Good organisational and time management skills.<br>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>A positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li> <li>The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, or a willingness to develop these skills.</li> <li>The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.</li> <li>An understanding of the importance of confidentiality, governance and financial controls.</li> <li>An inquisitive mindset and willingness to embrace new challenges as the business evolves.</li> <li>An understanding of exchange rate calculations would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided.</li> </ul>
